Ozzy Martinez grew up around his family's food trucks in Decatur, which is a business where nobody has to explain to you why sanitation matters. You clean things properly or you do not stay open. That is most of the reason this company exists.
The idea was simple enough: everybody in Morgan County has a garbage cart, every one of those carts is disgusting on the inside, and almost nobody owns the equipment to actually fix that. A garden hose does not fix it. Ozzy went looking for something that would, found a manufacturer in Florida that builds purpose-made bin cleaning trailers, and bought one.
That trailer is the whole business. It carries a 525-gallon tank, a diesel-fired water heater and two Italian-made spinning spray heads that drop down inside the cart. It runs at 200 degrees and 3,200 PSI — hot enough to break the grease film that cold water slides straight over. A bad bin takes about a minute. Everything that comes out of it goes into an onboard recovery tank and leaves with us, so nothing ends up in your yard or in the storm drain at the end of the street.
